Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied about your purchase at Eternity LED Glow LLC! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 5 days of receiving it. (All Return products must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with receipt.)
*Please note that sales of clearance items, items personalized with uploaded photos, and custom made-to-order items, are final and can’t be return.

In order to receive a refund: customer must contact our customer service department within 5 days from receipt of your shipment at: 1-855-533-4569 or by e mail: info@eternityledglow.com and send it us together with the product you want to return.

Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase. All shipping charges on purchases and returns are non-refundable. All merchandise must be in the original packaging with a receipt.
*Please not that we not issue a refund for products received damaged or with defective original packaging or without receipt.

Shipping & Handling Policy

Eternity LED glow LLC Uses external shipping companies such as UPS, FEDEX, and USPS to make the shipment, These shipping companies offer different Shipping prices and delivery time, like express shipment overnight shipment, freight and more If you have any questions regarding shipping prices or delivery time please call us at: 1-855-533-4569
All shipping companies that we working with are an independent entity and is not part Eternity LED Glow LLC; Therefore Eternity LED Glow LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged product caused due to shipping or by Shipping Company.
Our products leave the warehouse to the shipping companies in excellent condition and good quality, when the product is with the shipping company so they responsible for everything that happened to the products till it’s get to the customer. When customer receives the shipment it’s his responsibility to check that the package is not damaged or torn and he received all the products that he ordered.

*please not that when you sign for receiving the package you also agree that you got all the products that you order and that the package is not damaged and in good condition.

Shipping Damages / or missing items: If you receive from the shipment company opened, damaged, torn package, or if you received less number of packages then stated on the shipment slip, Notify the driver immediately to make note of the damage or missing package, sign only for the number of packages that you received. If not you may lose your right to make a claim against the shipment company. Please notify our customer service immediately if you received less number of packages or your package has been damaged during shipping.

Address Accuracy

Make sure you get your stuff! If the address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new order. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors.
